LEVEL is a youth engagement initiative of Vancouver Foundation that aims to address racial inequity by investing in the leadership capacity of Indigenous and racialized immigrant and refugee youth and creating more opportunities throughout the non-profit and charitable sector.

The Youth Public Policy Program seeks to address racial inequity by empowering these young leaders to amplify their voices in matters important to them and to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to shape policy and systems.
